Diets that are excessively sour (<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\"><strong>Amla<\/strong><\/mark>), salty (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\">Lavana<\/mark><\/strong>), spicy (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\">Katu<\/mark><\/strong>), heavy (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\">Guru<\/mark><\/strong>), oily (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\">Snigdha<\/mark><\/strong>), or clogging (<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-text-hover-color\"><strong>Abhishyandi<\/strong><\/mark>) burden the gastrointestinal system and overstimulate Pitta. This condition caused by aggravated Pitta dosha and weakened digestive fire (Agni), leading to improper digestion and acid-related symptoms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When digestion becomes inefficient, food may not process properly. This leads to symptoms such as hyperacidity, heaviness, irritation, and upward movement of gastric contents.
