What is Nasya/Nasyam-

According to Ayurveda the nasal cavity is the gateway to the brain, mind, consciousness, and Prana, the lifeforce which is carried to the body through the breath. Administration of herbs through the nasal passage is a potent way to improve the flow of Prana and treat any conditions that affect our mind and alter our consciousness.

Our nasal cavities are in direct contact with pollutants and allergens every day, it’s the proliferation of these pathogens which Nasya treatment protects against. Cleansing and lubricating our nasal passages improves our immunity and enhances protection against transmission.
